  Im going to start by saying I initially went to the T-Mobile store located on mineral spring ave. I won't get into the details but the service was horrible. Not only did the associate attempt to sell me a SIM card I did not need but she made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by asking questions to which she loudly sighed before telling me she didn't know the answer. Instead of trying to get me an answer she told me she couldn't do anything for me. I left there feeling angry, helpless, and frustrated, which led me to the store in Smithfield crossing. I was immediately helped by Sara who instantly began to work on my phone without any issues. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes and she was pleasant and very informative. My new store to say the least. And never going back to the mineral spring store. This is the 3rd time in two years they have been utterly useless and misinformed me. I only wish I would've gone here from the start.
